About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with individuals, couples, and families to improve their relationships and emotional well-being. You will provide therapeutic services under supervision while gaining valuable experience in a supportive environment. Part to full time position available. Services provided in person and telehealth (fully remote opportunity considered for the right candidate).

Responsibilities

·       Conduct therapy sessions with individuals, couples, groups, and families

·       Develop and implement treatment plans

·       Maintain accurate and confidential client records

·       Participate in supervision and training sessions

·       Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate care

·       Adhere to AAMFT ethical guidelines and standards of practice

Qualifications

·       Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field

·       Associate-level licensure or eligibility in Marriage and Family Therapy

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·       Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

·       Experience in providing therapy to diverse populations

·       Commitment to professional growth and development

·       Certificate of completion of 6hr CE telehealth training
